Gorgeous Krystle shot to fame and pin-up immortality a few years ago when she won two big national glamour competitions. Before then Lancashire beauty has been studying a fashion marketing degree in Manchester. But in 2003 she won The Sun’s Page 3 Idol competition and followed that up by scooping FHM’s Student of the Year – making her one of the nation’s most in-demand topless models in the country. Sexy Krystle was The Sun’s second Page 3 idol winner and went on to appear in the tabloid newspaper on 30 occasions, posing in the tabloid paper regularly with the competition’s inaugural winner Nicola T. The 32C cutie also went on to appear in the CandyCrib house during the TV show. She spent time in there with other top glamour models like Jerri Byrne, Kayleigh Pearson, Claire Andrisani and Natalie Oxley. During her time in the house, CandyCrib captured dozens of images from exclusive shoots and provided hours of video footage, where she can often be found frolicking with her glamour girl co-stars in various states of undress. However, modelling was never going to be the ultimate career choice for Krystle. In an interview she said she regretted her decision to ditch her fashion marketing degree, saying: “I decided to do modelling full time but was not satisfied after a few months of not using my brain.” So she went back to university, where she got a degree Media Design in 2006. Now, Krystle still works with CandyCrib even though she no longer models. After taking evening courses for a diploma she has become a talented and in-demand make-up artist, and worked with CandyCrib girls for our 2008 calendar. It seems like the obvious path for a talented artist like Krystle to follow. But it’s not just make-up for glamour models and pin-ups that gets the pin-up excited. She has worked on a lot of gothic and horror make-up too. She said: “Every make-up job I do is my best achievement. It is so rewarding when you know that you put 110% into your work and everyone is pleased with the whole outcome.”
