Nothing is known about me, except that I was a hitman for various crime bosses before becoming the "Clown Prince of Crime."

I first encountered the flying rodent during a botched robbery at a chemical factory. I escaped by leaping into a drainage vat of chemical waste, but later I discovered the toxins bleached my skin chalk white, dyed my hair fluorescent green, and stretched my lips into a hideous, permanent red grin.

It's not hard to understand why such a transformation snapped my already unstable mind!!

My methods are simple, gain pleasure in breaking every law and moral stature known to man. More importantly, to make crime funnier by playing a game of cat and mouse with my arch rival the rodent.

I view every crime, infliction of pain, and murder as the ultimate joke.

My trademarks are my razor sharp playing cards and laughing gas Smilex, a chemical that infects my victims with the same ghastly grin as my own.
