Chantelle burst onto our screens in 2006 when she became the only non-celebrity to enter the Celebrity Big Brother House. Her more than passing resemblance to sex-celebrity Paris Hilton meant she became a favourite in the show amongst the guys, and especially fellow Celebrity Big Brother contestant Samuel Preston. The two got close on the show and became engaged shortly after leaving the house. However, their relationship was doomed and the marriage would only last 10 months. The 25-year-old pin-up was born in Brentwood but found fame hard to come by until Celebrity Big Brother. Previously she had entered a Daily Star Page 3 girl competition and though she didn’t win she did feature once in the newspaper. On another occasion she was a Soccerette model on Sky’s Soccer AM show. After successfully fooling the real celebrities in the Big Brother house that she too was a celebrity, Chantelle eventually won the show, beating the likes of Michael Barrymore and Jodie Marsh, and a new celebrity was born. She became a favourite of the celebrity magazines, especially lads’ mags such as Nuts and Zoo, and the tabloid papers, and even landed her own TV show on Sky called Chantelle: Living the Dream. However, behind the scenes things were not going well for Chantelle. Her marriage to Preston was crumbling amid rumours he longed for his ex-girlfriend and regretted the marriage, and after just 10 months they announced their separation. Shortly after Chantelle embarked on a string of cosmetic surgeries to boost her confidence. Most noticeably she had her breasts enlarged from a B to E cup and became a full-time glamour model, often appearing and becoming a favourite in the lads’ mags. Since then she has appeared in several glamour shoots with pin-up models including Lucy Pinder and fellow Big Brother contestant turned glamour model Chanelle Hayes.
