		havent really done much today but as you can tell i took some new pics! its been fun getting the emails and comments! its had me smiling most of today! the house seems empty with just one dog but i know its better like this. i havent heard anyhting from chris, i have to admit im a little upset by it but i have to keep reminding myslef that he's a tosser and he's not contacting me because he's having too much fun with his new tart. he doesnt even know i gave mustang away. he hasnt asked about the dogs so he clearly doesnt even care about them. if id paid £600 for dogs id be pretty bothered about how they are but its just another thing thats changed about him, which i dont like. as some of you may know, i have put msn on with the email address i have for here. i may not be on much though, it gets very busy and makes it impossible to do anything else! and if i havent replied to your emails then dont take it personally, i just have alot going on at the same time on the net!!! i dont really have much else to write about today, i havent done much but im sure more will happen over the next few days that il tell you all about. i have to say i quite like this blog thing, the comments i get from you all are very helpful and i must thank you all for your kind words and your support. bye for now as always....sweet dreams...im sure todays pics will give some of you some sweet dreams tonight...xx

your ex is still very much in your thoughts but the sooner you put him out of your mind the better. Try to think of him od someone from your past. A closed chapter in your life. Remind yourself that as exes yours lives are no longer any of the others' business. It can be hard to adjust I know but its the only way to move on.

just like to say its his loss is he mad for walking out on you look theres plenty more fish in the sea. you never know your next love could be round the corner from you and you could meet someone when you least expect to.
