		Bearing in mind these generally have to be done within four hours of a donor heart becoming available, how on earth was 'Marcus' able to give everyone on MySpace a day or two's notice regarding his supposed transplant? As well as being a spy, is he an astrologer too? Or did he plan the murder of someone with a compatible organ? Also, isn't it just wonderful that despite 'Marcus' apparently being at death's door, both his and his pretendy wife's (Oops, is she a real person? Is she the 'lovely' Clare?) first thoughts have been to get right back on here and post blogs? Round of applause for the brave young couple!! The 'couple' who despite being supposed newly-weds and with 'Marcus' ready to snuff it, spend every day and night talking to (i.e. grooming) relatively anonymous girls on this site! AT. THE. SAME. TIME!!!! Bet we'd all be the same though.... Awake from the anaesthetic, check your still alive, ignore real-life friends and family AND DEMAND COMPUTER ACCESS TO UPDATE YOUR BLOGS!!!! In intensive care no less! Where it would be strictly forbidden! Maybe they would make exceptions for 'Marcus', what with him being a spy and all? That's the problem with liars, the more outlandish they become, the more likely they are to be exposed. And yet still the pathologically stupid among us swallow this shite!

Well, you don't book an appointment for a heart transplant, you receive a call that a heart is available and within minutes you would be rushed to the hospital as quickly as possible, no time for anything! One other point, if he was on the waiting list for a heart would he have gone to Paris and on his honeymoon knowing he could get the call anytime? By the way I am a full time NHS paramedic!

My father received a heart transplant 2 years ago, he was on the waiting list for 7 months, during which time he was seriously ill and in need of constant care, as are virtually all those awaiting heart transplants! they don't give you a new heart unless you are seriously ill. Funny how Marcus looked perfectly well just a few weeks ago!!
