Over-Indulgence

		At the weekend, well especially sat night, had a ridiculous amount of drinks.. Felt absolutely dreadful yesterday and was sick a world record number of times, you know that horrible sick where even if you have a drink of water you cant keep it down, not good.. Am off work today as im still feeling ropey as fook, my poor tummy and throat are crying out for some TLC lol Why do we all do it to ourselves and why does alcohol have to make you feel soooooo bad !!!!
